Für ein Unternehmen aus dem medizinischen Umfeld in Schweinfurt suchen wir einen Empfangsmitarbeiter (m/w/d). In dieser Position bist du die erste Anlaufstelle für Gäste und Geschäftspartner und sorgst für einen professionellen Ablauf im Empfangsbereich.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du empfängst Gäste und Geschäftspartner freundlich und zuverlässig und koordinierst das Besuchermanagement
  • Du nimmst eingehende Anrufe entgegen und leitest diese professionell über die zentrale Telefonanlage weiter
  • Du bearbeitest die interne und externe Post
  • Du kümmerst dich um die Annahme und den Versand von Paketen

Deine Qualifikation:

  • Du verfügst über erste praktische Erfahrungen im Kundenkontakt oder im Servicebereich
  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du überzeugst durch eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und ein freundliches, verbindliches Auftreten
  • Du besitzt gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Du kannst dich auf Englisch auf dem Niveau B1/B2 verständigen
