  • Empfang sowie professionelle Betreuung von Trainern, Teilnehmern
  • und Mitarbeitern
  • Vorbereitung und technische Ausstattung von Seminarräumen
  • Telefonische und systemgestützte Unterstützung bei Anfragen vor
  • Ort
  • Koordination der externen Dienstleister am Standort
  • Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Infrastruktur in den
  • Schulungsbereichen
  • Übernahme von Funktionen als Erst- oder Evakuierungshelfer

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hotel- oder Gaststättengewerbe oder
  • im kaufmännischen Verkehrsservice
  • Umfangreiche Berufserfahrung in der Betreuung von
  • Bildungseinrichtungen oder im Service
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen, besonders Outlook
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift
  • Zertifizierung als Brandschutzhelfer* in
