Für einen unserer Kunden suchen wir per sofort Empfangsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Bereich Hamburg, die nicht nur „schnacken“ können, sondern auch ein Talent für gepflegte Kommunikation und ein wenig Organisationstalent mitbringen.

Was die Aufgaben sind…

Ø eigenverantwortliche und selbstständige Betreuung des Empfangsbereichs

Ø heißen sie die nationalen / internationalen Gäste willkommen

Ø Sie sind der persönliche und telefonische Erstkontakt und die Visitenkarte des Hauses

*Ø* Sie sind erster Ansprechpartner in administrativen Angelegenheiten

für Mitarbeiter\*innen und Gäste gleichermaßen

Was Sie mitbringen…

Neben Spaß am Job und Freude für diese neue Position verfügen Sie

Ø über gute Umgangsformen

Ø über sehr gute Deutschkenntnis, gerne auch weitere Fremdsprache/n

Ø Kenntnisse in gängigen Microsoft Office Anwendungen

Ø über eine sorgfältige, engagierte und verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise
