Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Check-In/Check-Out
  • Gästebetreuung am Empfang
  • Annahme und Bearbeitung von Individual- und Package-Reservierungen
  • Bearbeitung der Empfangskorrespondenz
  • Annahme und Bearbeitung von Bankett- und Gruppenanfragen

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie haben nach Ihrer Hotelfachausbildung bereits erste Erfahrungen am Hotelempfang gesammelt und suchen jetzt eine neue Herausforderung
  • Sie sind Quereinsteiger, aber können auf eine mehrjährige Erfahrung am Hotelempfang zurückgreifen
  • für Sie gehört Spaß am Beruf genauso dazu wie der zuvorkommende Umgang mit Menschen
  • Sie erledigen Ihre Arbeit mit Herz und Engagement und einem Lächeln auf dem Gesicht
  • Einsatzbereitschaft, Motivation und aktive Kundenbetreuung sind für Sie keine Fremdwörter
  • Sie arbeiten sowohl gern selbstständig als auch im Team
