Wir suchen Sie als EMPFANGSMITARBEITER (m/w/d)

  • AUFGABEN
  • Der Empfang ist die erste Anlaufstelle unseres Hauses. Als Ansprechpartner/in für unsere Gäste verfügen Sie über eine starke Kundenorientierung und ausgesprochene Dienstleistungsmentalität. Zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet gehören insbesondere die Gästebetreuung, die Reservierungsannahme und -bearbeitung, die Angebotserstellung sowie das Erstellen von Rechnungen.
  • IHR PROFIL:
  •  Erfahrung im Empfangsbereich oder Ausbildung in der Hotellerie ist erwünscht
  •  Idealerweise können Sie eigenverantwortlich arbeiten, sind team- und gästeorientiert und nehmen mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein jede Herausforderung an.
  •  Sie sind fit am PC, verfügen über Organisationstalent und die Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit.
  •  Ihre Arbeitsweise kennzeichnet ein belastbarer und stets freundlicher Arbeitsstil, auch in Stresssituationen
  • ARBEITSBEDINGUNGEN:
  •  Vollzeit oder Teilzeit möglich
  •  Einsatz je nach Schichteinteilung (Frühdienst ab 06 Uhr oder Spätdienst bis 21 Uhr) im Wechsel mit Kolleg/innen auch am Wochenende
