Wir suchen Sie als Empfangsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) für unser langjähriges Kundenunternehmen. Ihr Arbeitsplatz befindet sich einem renommierten Unternehmen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • freundlicher Empfang der Gäste, Besucher und Kunden
  • Führen von Telefonaten - Annehmen und Weiterleiten der eingehenden Anrufe
  • Erstellen von Telefonnotizen
  • professionelle Betreuung der Gäste, Besucher und Kunden
  • Erteilen von Auskünften an Gäste, Besucher und Kunden
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von organisatorischen Abläufen

Ihr Profil:

  • zuverlässige, teamfähige und freundliche Persönlichkeit
  • gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1 zwingend mit Nachweis)
  • gute Englischkenntnisse
  • ausgeprägte Kommunikationsbereitschaft
  • gute EDV- Kenntnisse

Arbeitszeit:

Vollzeit/ Mo-Fr von 08:00-16:00 Uhr

Wir vermitteln in Festanstellung (keine Zeitarbeit) und sind ein zertifizierter Arbeitsvermittler und zugelassener Träger nach AZAV -SGB III.
