Wir suchen ab sofort Empfangsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) für einen Kunden in Frankfurt Fechenheim und in Offenbach - Ihre Arbeitszeiten: Minijob (ca. 33 Std. im Monat); Mo. - Fr. 07:00 - 12:00 Uhr / 12:00 -18:00 Uhr Einsatz nach Bedarf und Absprache.

Was zu tun ist
Qualifizierter Empfangsdienst mit Besucherempfang und -steuerung
Erster Ansprechpartner für Besucher, Handwerker, Kunden und Mitarbeiter
Betreuung der Telefonzentrale
Vorbereitung Meetins
Erstellung von Besucher- und Fremdfirmenausweisen
Post- und Paketannahme

Was uns überzeugt
Erste Erfahrung als Empfangsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) von Vorteil
Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (besonders Word, Excel und Outlook) werden Vorausgesetzt
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse zur Kommunikation mit Gästen und Mitarbeitenden des Kunden sind essenziell
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens Level B2) werden vorausgesetzt
