Wir sind Betreiber von zwei Hotels in der besten Umgebung (Innenstadtlage) der Barockstadt Fulda,  dem Altstadthotel ARTE und dem Partnerhotel Am Schlosstheater.

Zu unseren Hotels gehört außerdem ein Restaurant mit Außengastronomie, wo neben dem Restaurantbetrieb auch regelmäßig verschiedene Events stattfinden.

Für unser Hotel Am Schlosstheater suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine

Empfangsmitarbeiter / Rezeptionist (m/w/d)

In Teilzeit oder Vollzeit

Der Tätigkeitsbereich umfasst unter anderem folgende Aufgaben:

  • Check-in und Check-out unserer Gäste
  • Rechnungserstellung und -kontrolle
  • Kassenführung
  • Zimmerverkauf
  • kompetenter Ansprechpartner und Betreuer für unsere Gäste
  • Sie nehmen Reservierungen an und beherrschen gängige Hotelprogramme

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hotelfach
  • erste Erfahrungen im Empfangsbereich
  • Teamgeist und Organisationstalent
  • Gute Deutsch- / Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen sind vorteilhaft
  • Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild, Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
