Für unser Burghotel und Restaurant „Auf Schönburg“ in Oberwesel suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung

einen freundlichen und zuverlässigen \*\*\*Rezeptionsmitarbeiter in Vollzeit (m/w/d).\*\*\*

Die Schönburg ist ein besonderer Arbeitsplatz: historisches Ambiente, internationale Gäste, ein familiäres Team und ein Haus mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch. An unserer Rezeption sind Sie eine der ersten Kontaktpersonen für unsere Gäste und tragen wesentlich dazu bei, dass sie sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • herzlicher Empfang und Betreuung unserer Hotelgäste
  • Check-in und Check-out
  • Bearbeitung von Reservierungen, Anfragen und Korrespondenz
  • telefonische und schriftliche Gästekommunikation
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Housekeeping, Restaurant und Küche
  • allgemeine administrative Aufgaben an der Rezeption
  • Unterstützung bei einem reibungslosen Tagesablauf im Hotelbetrieb

Ihr Profil

  • Freude am Umgang mit Gästen
  • freundliches, gepflegtes und professionelles Auftreten
  • gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Organisationsgeschick und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Erfahrung an der Hotelrezeption.
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Gastgewerbe
  • Bereitschaft zu Wochenend-, Feiertags- und Nachtdiensten im Hotelbetrieb
