Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in Philadelphia or Washington, DC

Employee Research Consultant

We will count on you to:

• •Support companies in the design and execution of employee engagement and total rewards optimization strategies that reinforce business objectives
• •Take the lead on projects in creating survey content, conducting survey data analyses (e.g. using SPSS for driver analysis), and creating "the data-based story" that draws on insights from the data/research findings
• •Thrive and be motivated by an environment that embraces AI and technology-enabled tools
• •Work with clients in a consultative manner to create, launch and administer employee engagement surveys, then build presentations and present results to clients’ executives
• •Partner with consultants to brainstorm and determine the analytic approach and appropriate project plan for clients and prospects
• •Develop expert knowledge in conducting surveys from start to finish, advising (and presenting to) managers on the practical use of survey processes, and data for organizational improvement
• •Contribute to thought leadership in research and/or client work (e.g., Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) presentations, "breakthrough insights" for acting on results)
• •Perform advanced statistical analysis, including regression modeling and additional statistical tests using SPSS and R
• •Independently develop customized client reports based on outcomes of statistical analysis

What you need to have:

• •Master’s degree or higher in Industrial/Organizational Psychology (or related field of study)
• •At least 4-5 years’ employee research, employee engagement or organizational assessment survey experience
• •Strong statistical analysis and ability to run data and design data structures using SPSS and/or R programming
• •Advanced knowledge of Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, index matching), and strong PowerPoint skills
• •Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills
• •Proven project management skills and creative problem-solving abilities

Marsh is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $99,000 to $198,500.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
