Employer Branding & Communication Specialist - part-time

We’re on the lookout for an Employer Branding & Communication Specialist to join our HR team and help us share Y Soft’s story – both inside and outside the company.

We want someone who can make sure our c ulture and brand shine everywhere – from career fairs to intranet updates. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we’re seen, keeping internal comms fresh, and making sure our events leave a mark.

This is a part-time role (20 hours a week) with a flexible schedule, covering a maternity leave.

WHAT YOU´LL DO:

Employer Branding & Events:

Bring ideas to life that strengthen Y Soft’s employer brand

Plan our presence at career fairs, conferences, and university events

Organize internal events – from budget to balloons

Keep promotional materials and visuals sharp and up to date

Internal Communications:

Manage and develop internal channels like our intranet, newsletters and MS Teams updates

Write in a way that makes people want to read to the end

Help colleagues share their stories in an impactful way

Website & Social Media Content (occasionally):

Help keep our career pages inviting and relevant

Contribute to posts for Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn (optional, but fun if you´re curious)

Set up, run and optimize PPC campaigns to promote our open positions and employer brand

ABOUT YOU:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Passion for communications, employer branding, or marketing

Creativity and a knack for turning ideas into engaging content

Bonus points for copywriting and storytelling skills

Familiarity with Canva (or other design tools) and CMS is a plus

You use AI tools as part of your daily work, you know where they help and where a human touch is still needed

Hands-on experience with PPC campaigns is a plus

Czech language at native level and English proficiency (B2/C1)

A driving license is an advantage
