Für Tätigkeiten in einem renommierten Unternehmen in Wismar suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Employer Branding Specialist Personalmarketing (m/w/d) militärischer Schiffbau.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Konzeption und Implementierung innovativer Employer Branding Kampagnen, Initiativen und Veranstaltungen, sowohl online als auch offline
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Content für Social Media, Karrierewebseiten, Kununu und weitere Plattformen in Abstimmung mit relevanten internen Partnern
  • Planung, Organisation und Begleitung von (virtuellen) Messen, Hochschulveranstaltungen und internen Employer Branding Aktivitäten
  • Koordination von Dienstleistern für Foto- und Videoproduktionen zu Recruiting- und Imagezwecken
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung des Kommunikations- und Eventplans
  • Bearbeitung administrativer Aufgaben wie Buchungen, Rechnungsbearbeitung und Bestellabwicklung
  • Erhebung und Dokumentation von Kennzahlen zur Erfolgsmessung (Reichweite, Engagement, Bewerbungszahlen)
  • Enge Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fach- und Führungskräften im Employer Branding Bereich
  • Kooperation mit externen Agenturen und Dienstleistern
  • Planung und Durchführung von Employer Branding Maßnahmen sowie kontinuierliche Anpassung an Markt- und Technologieanforderungen
  • Sicherstellung stets relevanter und wirkungsvoller Kampagnen, Inhalte und Events

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene zweijährige Fachschulausbildung im Bereich Marketing/Kommunikation oder mindestens dreijährige fachspezifische Berufsausbildung mit langjähriger Erfahrung im Personal- oder Marketingumfeld
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere PowerPoint, Excel und Word
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Social Media Tools, Content Management Systemen und idealerweise Recruiting-Plattformen (z. B. Kununu)
  • Erfahrung in der Koordination von Dienstleistern sowie Umsetzung von Foto- und Videoproduktionen
  • Fähigkeit zur Erhebung und Auswertung von Kennzahlen im Employer Branding
  • Wünschenswert: Weiterbildung im Bereich Medien oder Kommunikation
  • Wünschenswert: Identifikation mit Produkten und Unternehmenskultur des Kunden
  • Strukturierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise, Organisationsstärke sowie Hohe Lern- und Veränderungsbereitschaft
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen
  • Kreatives Auge für Layout, Design und redaktionelle Arbeit
