Employment & Corporate Counsel

• This role provides strategic and practical legal guidance across employment, HR, corporate, and commercial matters.
• Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, you will serve as the primary legal advisor for employee-related legal issues across the full employment lifecycle.
• You will partner closely with People/HR leadership and senior business stakeholders to provide clear, actionable advice in a fast-moving environment.
• The role also offers broad exposure to commercial contracting, corporate governance, business initiatives, and organizational growth.
• You will help develop scalable policies and processes while identifying and proactively managing legal and compliance risks.
• Success requires strong legal judgment, discretion, communication skills, and the ability to translate complex requirements into practical business solutions.
