BESCHREIBUNG

  • Durchführung und Koordination des Repack Prozesses für das Außenlager Aschersleben
  • Koordinierung, Überwachung und Steuerung der Vollgut Transporte für das Repack innerhalb des Wernigeröder Umlagerungs-Prozesses
  • Verantwortung für die Abwicklung von Bestellungen, Rechnungen für den Repack Prozess
  • Buchen von Wareneingängen für das Verpackungsmaterial, Überwachung, Kontrolle und Korrektur der Bestände
  • Durchführung von Inventuren, Verpackungsmaterial, Vollgut und Repack Artikel
  • Buchung und Überwachung der Fertigungsaufträge für den Repack Prozess
  • Klärung und Untersuchung von Mengendifferenzen
  • Überwachung der Bestände im Außenlager für alle 3 Läger
  • Abwicklung von Qualitätsbeanstandungen, Dokumentation von Bruch für das Hauptzollamt Magdeburg
  • Ansprechpartner für das Material Scheduling Prag

PROFIL

  • A bgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP (ERP) und MS Office
  • Gute Teamfähigkeit , Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
  • Gute analytische Fähigkeit, Belastbarkeit sowie eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerschein Klasse B
