Instandhaltung

einen EMR-Fachkraft (m/w/d)

Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung von E/MSR-Montagen und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen an verfahrenstechnischen Anlagen
  • Inspektion, Wartung und Instandsetzung von Automatisierungs- und Prozessleiteinrichtungen
  • Störungsanalyse und -beseitigung
  • Wartung, Kalibrierung und Inbetriebnahme von Prozessanalysenmessungen
  • Erstellung und Pflege von elektrotechnischen Dokumentationen wie z.B. Schaltpläne, Wartungs- und Installationsprotokolle
  • Beachtung und Umsetzung der einschlägigen Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Prüfen von elektrischen Anlagen und Geräten gemäß VDE 0100-600, DGUV A3
  • Teilnahme am rotierenden Bereitschaftsdienst

Ausbildung/ Erfahrung 

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Elektroniker Fachrichtung Automatisierungstechnik oder Betriebstechnik, Mechatroniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
  • min. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Instandhaltung und Wartung von Prozessanalysenmessungen im betrieblichen Umfeld
  • Kenntnisse über Installation, Instandsetzung und Parametrierung von Messsystemen unterschiedlichster Hersteller im Bereich Druck, Temperatur, Durchfluss, Frequenzumformer, usw
  • Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit SPS- Steuerungen S5/S7
  • Kenntnisse über verfahrenstechnische Anlagen und Lesen von R&I-Fließbilder
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Schalt- und Stromlaufplänen
  • Selbstständiges, gewissenhaftes Arbeiten auch im Team
  • Bereitschaft Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • PC Kenntnisse
