El Encargado de Proyectos Digitales es responsable de identificar, levantar y documentar de forma sistemática las necesidades operativas de la organización que sean candidatas a resolver mediante proyectos digitales y agentes de inteligencia artificial, y de desarrollar directamente las soluciones aprobadas

Es un rol de ejecución directa: la misma persona que levanta la necesidad es quien construye la solución, utilizando únicamente herramientas previamente aprobadas y siguiendo buenas prácticas de seguridad de la información.

El éxito en este rol se mide por la calidad y cobertura del levantamiento de necesidades, el cumplimiento del proceso de aprobación y seguridad, la velocidad de entrega de los proyectos aprobados, y el impacto medible que generan en tiempo, costo y calidad de los procesos.

Experiencia

No se requiere un mínimo de años de experiencia laboral — se valora el portafolio de proyectos construidos y la capacidad demostrada de resolver casos reales de principio a fin.

Experiencia demostrable construyendo automatizaciones o agentes con herramientas no-code / low-code (n8n, Make, Zapier, plataformas de agentes basados en LLM), en proyectos profesionales, académicos o personales.

Conocimiento básico de buenas prácticas de seguridad de la información y manejo responsable de datos
