In unserem Kinderkrankenpflegedienst im Raum Berlin/Brandenburg steht nicht die Uhr, sondern das Kind im Mittelpunkt. In der individuellen 1:1-Versorgung begleiten wir chronisch kranke Kinder und Jugendliche von der Geburt bis zum 18. Lebensjahr.

### Wen wir suchen:

Sie sind examinierte Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) (3-jähriger Abschluss in der Kinderkranken-, Kranken- oder Altenpflege). Ob Sie bereits Erfahrung in der Pädiatrie mitbringen oder als Quereinsteiger aus einem anderen Pflegebereich zu uns kommen möchten – wir freuen uns auf Sie und unterstützen Ihren Start mit gezielten Fortbildungen.

Wir suchen Sie für unsere intensivpflichtigen, jungen Patienten in:

15537 Grünheide – Tag – und Nachtdienste

14473 Potsdam – Tag – und Nachtdienste

### Das erwartet Sie bei uns – mehr als nur ein Job:

Top-Vergütung: Bis zu 29,60 €/Std. brutto je nach Erfahrung/Qualifikation, in Anlehnung an den TVÖD-P, Jahressonderzahlung, steuerfreie Zuschläge (Nacht, Sonn- & Feiertage) sowie attraktive Zulagen und Sonderprämien.

Sicherheit: Ein unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag in Voll- oder Teilzeit.

Echte Erholung: 31 Tage Urlaub (bei einer 5-Tage-Woche).

Entwicklung: Weiterbildungen (z. B. zur Fachkraft für außerklinische Beatmung).
