We’re looking for a talented individual to...

Be the face of our program in customers’ homes across northern Saskatchewan. This is a hands-on, field role. You’ll visit homes, install energy-saving products, check thermostat eligibility, and leave customers with a great experience. You’ll do 3 to 4 appointments a day, and about every other week you’ll travel and stay overnight to cover your territory.

The successful candidate will be located in the Saskatoon area.

What you’ll be doing:

• •Complete 3 to 4 residential appointments per day.
• •Install low-cost energy efficiency products such as LED light bulbs, faucet aerators, showerheads, and block heater timers.
• •Show customers how to use energy-saving items such as a drying rack.
• •Check customers’ thermostats to see if they qualify for a smart thermostat.
• •Complete Youreka forms accurately for every visit.
• •Give customers clear technical guidance on the products you install.
• •Troubleshoot installation issues and recommend solutions.
• •Travel throughout your territory, including overnight stays roughly every other week.
• •Represent the program and our company with professionalism and strong customer service.

What you bring:

• •Strong customer service skills.
• •Hands-on, handy skills and comfort installing basic household products.
• •A basic understanding of how home systems work, including furnaces.
• •General labour experience (a trades background is not required but is a significant asset).
• •Training in home structure or building science (an asset).
• •Valid driver’s license with a clean driving background and your own reliable transportation.
• •Willingness and ability to travel and stay overnight as the role requires.
• •Ability to work independently in customers’ homes and manage your own daily schedule.

Targeted Compensation:

$23-$25/h

Canadian Commercial Driving Requirements

If applicable, meet all qualification, licensing, medical, and compliance requirements for commercial drivers under applicable provincial and territorial laws, the Canadian National Safety Code (NSC) , and any federal regulations for extra‑provincial operations, including hours‑of‑service and safety fitness requirements.

Compensation Range

$17.70 - $30.70 Currency

Hourly

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
