Job Summary

The Engagement Ambassador is responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and fun environment for young guests while delivering exceptional service to families. The role involves facilitating age-appropriate activities, supervising children during play sessions, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards, and fostering meaningful interactions that enhance the overall guest experience.

The Engagement Ambassador warmly welcomes families, assists with registrations and enquiries, maintains the cleanliness and presentation of the Kids Club, and works closely with internal stakeholders to deliver enriching recreational and educational experiences. The candidate is energetic, nurturing, service-oriented, and passionate about creating joyful and memorable moments for young guests and their families.

Job Responsibilities

Operational Related

Support the day-to-day operations of the Kids Club, including registration, guest enquiries, and children pick-up procedures.

Facilitate engaging, fun, and educational activities for children while fostering positive guest interactions.

Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all children through adherence to established operating procedures.

Communicate daily operational updates, guest feedback, and relevant information to stakeholders.

Demonstrate strong product knowledge and provide personalized recommendations to guests and families.

Collaborate with Housekeeping and Facilities teams to maintain the cleanliness, sanitization, safety, and upkeep of the Kids Club and play areas.

Deliver exceptional and memorable experiences that enhance guest satisfaction and family engagement.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

Secondary education or Diploma/degree in hospitality management preferred

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in a guest-facing role within the hospitality industry, preferably with exposure to children's programs, family recreation, childcare, or related environments.

Other Prerequisites

Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Possesses a warm, outgoing, and engaging personality, with a natural ability to connect with guests and families.

Maintains exceptional grooming and presentation standards, reflective of a world-class luxury hospitality environment.

Demonstrates outstanding guest engagement, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Comfortable standing for long hours as the job requires while delivering attentive and personalized guest service.

Displays strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and a proactive "can-do" attitude.

Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask effectively and remain organized under pressure.

Works collaboratively within a team environment while demonstrating initiative and ownership in supporting operational success.

Ensures consistent follow-through, delivering tasks with accuracy, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.

Flexible and willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, public holidays, and operationally required schedules.
