Direct problem solving and coach teams to refine hypotheses, challenge assumptions, and develop recommendations grounded in payer operations and technology realities.

Translate strategies into executable roadmaps, governance models, requirements, vendor decisions, target operating models, implementation plans, and value tracking approaches.

Coordinate business, architecture, data, integration, platform, vendor, and implementation resources through design, mobilization, execution, testing, and transition.

Oversee analytics and deliverable quality, resolve data and modeling challenges, and validate technology-enabled outputs before they inform decisions.

Lead development of current- and target-state business and technology architectures, capability maps, solution blueprints, integration patterns, and modernization roadmaps.

Translate target-state architecture into requirements, platform choices, interfaces, data needs, cloud considerations, dependencies, and implementation workstreams.

Help clients evaluate and operationalize cloud, AI, automation, and modern integration capabilities, balancing value, feasibility, security, governance, and scalability.

Use analytics, automation, digital tools, and responsible AI to improve delivery efficiency, scalability, and quality.

Manage scope, budget, staffing, margin, milestones, risks, dependencies, and engagement quality while maintaining accountability for client outcomes.

Build relationships with senior and executive stakeholders, facilitate alignment, and proactively address delivery issues.

Coach team members, provide feedback, support proposals and thought leadership, and strengthen repeatable Technology offerings.

Qualifications and Desired Skills

6+ years of healthcare consulting experience.

Meaningful experience in technology strategy and delivery, connecting payer business needs to technology solutions.

Experience leading technology transformation through design, mobilization, execution, testing, transition, and value realization in areas such as platform modernization, integration, data, AI, or IT operating model redesign.
