Wir die PA Malerbetrieb GmbH suchen für unsere Niederlassung in Neuss Fachkräfte für den Bereich Bürokaufmann - Büromanagement (m/w/d). Die Arbeitszeiten gestalten sich in Vollzeit.

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Unterstützung bei der allgemeinen Büroorganisation, Bearbeitung von Posteingängen und -Ausgängen sowie Verwaltung von Büromaterialien
  • Planung und Organisation von Terminen und Meetings
  • Mitarbeit bei internen Projekten und Unterstützung der Projektleitung durch administrative Aufgaben
  • Erste Anlaufstelle für Kundenanfragen, sowohl telefonisch als auch per E-Mail, und Weiterleitung an die zuständigen Abteilungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Rechnungserstellung sowie die Durchführung von Zahlungsläufen
