Funções que serão executadas:

  • Projetar, desenvolver e operar microsserviços e APIs escaláveis em Java, aplicando práticas modernas de engenharia de software (CI/CD, computação em nuvem e arquitetura distribuída).
  • Integrar sistemas internos a bancos de dados relacionais e não-relacionais, garantindo segurança, integridade e eficiência no consumo de dados.
  • Apoiar o provisionamento, deploy e sustentação de serviços na nuvem, com preferência para Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Realizar triagem, análise de causa-raiz e resolução de incidentes técnicos (debugging/troubleshooting) para assegurar a alta disponibilidade dos serviços.
  • Compreender autonomamente as regras de negócio para propor melhorias contínuas, apoiando demandas pontuais de interface com auxílio de IA.

Requisitos necessários:

  • Sólida experiência em desenvolvimento backend com Java (versões 17 e 21 preferencialmente, aceitando versões anteriores).
  • Formação superior completa em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas de Tecnologia.
  • Inglês intermediário/avançado (diferencial).
  • Conhecimento em computação em nuvem (diferencial para Google Cloud Platform / GCP) e esteiras de automação (CI/CD).
  • Perfil proativo, com capacidade de gerenciar as próprias prioridades, prazos e entregas compreendendo o impacto no negócio.
  • Habilidade para criar código limpo, testável e de fácil manutenção, alinhado às boas práticas de arquitetura de software.

Modelo de trabalho: 4 dias presenciais (escritório em Alphaville/Barueri) e home office fixo às sextas-feiras. Temos fretado gratuito para diversas regiões de SP (mediante a disponibilidade) .
