Engine Tech I – Texas Speed Location

This position is responsible for the Engine Department support as listed below for Texas Speed and

Performance.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• •Assembles Rocker Arm Sets
• •Responsible for all Rocker Arm assembly components and boxes
• •Engine Tear Down Process (Label components and maintain traceability)
• •Visual Inspection of all blocks from start to finish
• •Wash and clean parts as required
• •Assist in inventory as required
• •Keep Tear Down / Rocker Arm area clean and free of trash
• •Assist with picking parts as required
• •Rod Honing
• •Maintains positive working relationships with manufacturing personnel and other staff members to support a positive workplace environment.
• •Responsible for implementing and enforcing industry standard safety procedures throughout the block department.
• •Performs and executes all other duties assigned by direct manager.
