Responsibilities:

planning and perform stage and final inspection of transformers.
independently Perform electrical panel operation at vendor site and during customer inspection.
Handle customer queries and ensure adherence to quality protocols.
Maintain inspection logs and provide customer reports.
Maintaining instruments calibration record and review the same on monthly basis
Develop and maintain Quality standards.
knowledge of IS, IEC and other international standards relevant to transformer industries & Components.
Participate in internal and external ISO audits.
Inspection and testing skills of transformer components.
Communication and interpersonal skills
Interpreting technical drawings, QAP and documentation related to transformers.
Working with Cross functional teams to ensure quality and compliance.
Identify and resolve quality issues and problem-solving skills.
Maintain records and documentation related to Customer Inspection.
Knowledge of Conducting RCA through quality module.
