Engineer, Geotechnical Team

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Engineer to deliver quality engineering design in Geotechnical Engineering. The position involves reviewing calculations, drawings, specifications, and coordinating design activities across multiple engineering disciplines.

Your role

• •Responsible for project delivery of slope engineering projects in stages of Investigation, Design and Construction, including LPMit program, preventive maintenance program, DH orders etc.
• •Undertake desk study, safety screen study, detailed design of slope work.
• •Project Management and Design Management of our consultancy services, delivering projects to time and to budget.
• •Management and technical development of our capabilities and individual Engineers.
• •Co-ordination, collaboration and management of other discipline inputs into projects.
• •Identify opportunities, lead and support business development and work winning / bidding activities.
• •Establish, develop and maintain relationships with key existing and prospective clients.

About you

• •Degree holder or above in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• •Member of HKIE or other equivalent professional institution in Civil and/or Geotechnical discipline.
• •At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Geotechnical design.
• •Design experiences of ground investigation, slope stabilization work and natural terrain hazard mitigation work.
• •Experience in slope engineering projects, including LPMit programme and preventive maintenance programme are preferred.
• •Excellent project management and communication skills.
• •Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Assistant Engineer.
