1.Partner with IT support teams to resolve issues that impact Micron production operations.

2.Proactively monitor and drive AMHS and equipment target performance, addressing issues in a timely manner to support Fab quality, cycle time, yield, and cost objectives.

3.Schedule and perform preventive maintenance on assigned equipment, using mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software solving skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.

4.Support AMHS and tool installation, relocation, modification, and upgrade activities.

5.Collaborate with equipment vendors and internal team members to resolve chronic process issues and recover long-term down equipment.

6.Improve equipment uptime through quality workmanship, systematic problem solving, and effective fixing methodologies.

7.Document all maintenance activities using established checklists and tracking systems, and regularly review maintenance procedures to ensure effectiveness and compliance.

8.Keep the Lead Engineer and Manager informed of AMHS-related issues, equipment performance concerns, and long-term downtime status.

9.Comply with all safety, environmental, and operational procedures to ensure alignment to applicable laws and company standards.

10.Actively participate in the Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) program by promptly reporting concerns, incidents, or unsafe conditions to the appropriate personnel.

11.Proactively identify and mitigate potential safety hazards, environmental risks, and personal injury incidents through Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and continuous improvement initiatives.

12.Demonstrate initiative by assuming additional responsibilities and giving beyond assigned duties when required.

13.Develop and maintain equipment maintenance standards, guidelines, and procedures.

14.Establish, optimize, and continuously improve equipment repair and recovery systems.

15.Manage spare parts inventory, drive cost reduction initiatives, and improve parts lifecycle management.

16.Lead equipment repair activities and provide timely resolution for abnormal equipment conditions.

17.Drive equipment capacity enhancement, performance optimization, and reliability improvements.

18.Support new tool releases, including in-house training, OHT testing, and STB removal and reinstallation activities.

19.Leverage AI-enabled tools, advanced analytics, and digital technologies to proactively monitor equipment health, identify performance trends, support predictive maintenance, accelerate root cause analysis, and drive data-driven decision making to improve AMHS reliability, operational efficiency, and manufacturing productivity.
