About the Job
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable features and services supporting digital commerce platforms, APIs, and event-driven architectures that serve high-volume consumer experiences.
- Participate in production support and on-call rotations, helping investigate incidents, maintain runbooks, and contribute to post-incident reviews that improve system resilience.
- Leverage AI-powered engineering tools to accelerate coding, testing, debugging, and documentation while validating all outputs for quality, security, and reliability.
- Build and maintain automated testing solutions and contribute to code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, feature flag strategies, and safe deployment practices.
- Instrument applications with monitoring, logging, and alerting capabilities while collaborating across global teams to continuously improve platform performance and customer experience.
About You
- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering and supporting production applications.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Python, TypeScript/Node.js, Go, Kotlin, or Swift, with experience developing APIs and cloud-based solutions.
- Hands-on experience using AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar technologies within the software development lifecycle.
- Strong foundation in software engineering fundamentals including testing, debugging, data structures, source control, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks and a willingness to support production systems through operational ownership and continuous improvement activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging technologies.
- Exposure to infrastructure as code, containerization, and cloud-native platforms.
- Familiarity with observability, site reliability engineering, or incident response practices.
