Are you passionate about hospitality and ensuring a top-tier guest experience? We’re looking for an Engineer to join our team in a newly renovated, vibrant environment! As a key member of our maintenance team, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our property in excellent condition and ensuring a safe, comfortable stay for our guests.

• •Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment, systems, and facilities.
• •Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• •Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs and prevent disruptions.
• •Work closely with other departments to address maintenance requests efficiently.
• •Ensure compliance with safety standards and hotel policies.
• •Maintain a clean and organized work area while handling tools and materials responsibly.
• •Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns, ensuring maintenance issues are resolved efficiently to enhance their stay.

Requirements

• •HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall and some carpentry experience preferred
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• •Ability to handle difficult situations and maintain professionalism
• •High school education preferred; relevant training and experience required
• •Previous experience in a hotel environment preferred
• •Knowledge of applicable Federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations
• •Ability to obtain required licenses and certificates
• •Flexible availability preferred
• •Additional language ability preferred
• •CPR and first aid training preferred
