Job Description – Production Planning & Control (PPC) - RED

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on project delivery schedules.

Monitor production progress and ensure timely completion of manufacturing activities.

Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Engineering, and Quality teams.

Ensure material availability and follow up on shortages to avoid production delays.

Prepare capacity-loading plans, WIP reports, and production MIS.

Monitor project-wise manufacturing schedules and delivery commitments.

Maintain production planning data and generate reports using SAP.

Track production orders, BOMs, and material requirements using SAP PP/MM .

Required Skills:

Working knowledge of SAP PP and MM.

Knowledge of BOM, MRP, production orders, and material planning.

Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.

Good coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in project-based manufacturing and fabrication preferred.

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 3–5 years in manufacturing

Preferred Industry: Fabrication / Heavy Engineering
