Engineering Assistant, Manufacturing Test

Key Responsibilities

• •Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of production and test equipment according to schedule.
• •Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues promptly to minimize production downtime.
• •Support production operations, including rotating shifts and overtime when required.
• •Maintain and manage spare parts inventory for manufacturing equipment.
• •Assist Test Engineers in maintaining and improving test processes and equipment.
• •Support hardware and software upgrades for production test systems.
• •Participate in the installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment and processes.
• •Collect and monitor production data to support quality, efficiency, and cost objectives.
• •Assist in identifying process issues and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap and defects.

Qualifications

• •Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• •Knowledge of basic hand tools and equipment maintenance practices.
• •Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• •Willing to work rotating shifts and overtime when required.
• •Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• •Candidates with relevant manufacturing, maintenance, or test engineering experience are encouraged to apply.
