The Job

As the Engineering Manager for Field Service at Omnidian, you will build and lead a high-performing engineering team responsible for designing, developing, and operating the Field Service platform that powers our technician experience and field operations.

This is a unique opportunity to help establish and grow our CRM engineering presence in India while partnering closely with engineering, product, and business leaders in the US. You'll play a key role in building the team, developing engineering talent, and gradually transitioning ownership of critical platform capabilities to create a scalable, globally distributed engineering organization.

As a hands-on engineering leader, you'll combine technical leadership with people leadership - driving delivery excellence, strengthening engineering practices, and fostering a collaborative, customer-focused culture. You'll also help the team adopt modern engineering capabilities, including AI-driven software development, where they improve productivity, quality, and customer outcomes.
