  • This role offers the opportunity to lead a distributed QA engineering team responsible for the reliability of desktop applications and browser extensions.
  • You will shape the QA strategy and roadmap while helping enterprise customers confidently adopt critical workflow products.
  • The position combines people leadership, technical judgment, release readiness, customer issue resolution, and quality engineering.
  • You will work across Mac, Windows, Chrome, and Edge environments, addressing complex customer scenarios and deployment risks.
  • The role partners closely with Engineering, Product, Design, and Customer Success to embed quality throughout the product lifecycle.
  • You will help evolve testing practices through exploratory testing, targeted automation, and stronger engineering-owned coverage.
  • Success requires an experienced people leader who can balance delivery speed with reliability and communicate quality risks clearly.
