At The Pinnacle School, we support students with complex learning challenges through tailored academics, therapeutic support, and collaborative problem solving. Guided by resilience, inclusion, and student empowerment, we redefine education for every learner. Join us and help students achieve confidence and independence.

As an Enrollment Associate at Pinnacle School, you’ll help prospective students and their families navigate a welcoming, organized, and responsive admissions process. Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Management, you’ll coordinate enrollment activities, maintain accurate records, and work with educators and specialists to support students with diverse learning, behavioral, social-emotional, and therapeutic needs. This part-time position is approximately 20 hours per week, with some scheduling flexibility.

What You’ll Need

Experience in an administrative, admissions, customer service, or coordination role

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities and follow through independently

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a warm, service-oriented approach

Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential student and family information

Proficiency with technology and the ability to learn databases and administrative systems

Preferred: Experience in a private school, special education, therapeutic, or other student-centered setting; familiarity with IEPs, educational evaluations, and student records

Preferred: An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, human services, business administration, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

What You’ll Do

Coordinate admissions activities from initial inquiry through enrollment, including responding to families and referral partners and scheduling meetings, tours, student visits, and observations

Track inquiries and applications, follow up on outstanding materials, and maintain accurate, confidential applicant records, calendars, and enrollment reports

Prepare and distribute admissions materials, enrollment forms, acceptance communications, and new-student information; help coordinate onboarding and transitions

Collaborate with the Director of Enrollment Management, school leadership, educators, and clinical and therapeutic staff to coordinate admissions activities and support a positive experience for families

Route questions about student needs, program fit, clinical considerations, or admissions decisions to the appropriate school personnel; support the enrollment process without independently directing strategy, admissions decisions, or placement determinations

Why You’ll Love Working Here

Enjoy both paid time off and extra paid school breaks (for select roles), plus paid holidays

Wellness perks including gym discounts, mindfulness apps, and prescription savings

Tuition reimbursement, career development programs, and leadership training

401(k) retirement savings with a company match and immediate vesting

Health, dental, and vision insurance

Free Employee Assistance Program with confidential counseling, life coaching, and mental health resources

Life insurance, disability coverage, and Health Savings Account (HSA) contributions at no cost to you.
