• A Brief Overview:
• NorthShore University HealthSystem (NorthShore), the principal academic affiliate of the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, seeks an exceptional, fellowship-trained in Sleep Medicine, Head & Neck Surgeon to join the Department of Surgery, Division of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery.

What you will do:

• •The physician will provide sleep surgery and general ENT care
• •Improve sleep surgery patient volume
• •Expand our geographic footprint
• •Other duties will include teaching and supervision of trainees and students, and scholarly activity

What you will need:

• •IL Medical License – active and in good standing or pending
• •IL DEA License
• •Certification : BC/BE by the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery
• •Experience : Fellowship trained in Sleep Medicine
