About this position:

As an Enterprise Account Director at Later, you will own a portfolio of our most strategic enterprise client relationships, typically representing $5M-$15M in annual business depending on account size and complexity.

You will operate as the CEO of the account, with significant autonomy and accountability for setting the account strategy, building executive relationships, driving expansion, and determining how Later should invest to deepen and grow each partnership.

This is a senior commercial and strategic leadership role within the evolving creator and influencer marketing ecosystem. You will advise some of the world’s leading brands on how influencer and creator marketing can support broader brand, commerce, customer acquisition, and growth objectives, while helping them navigate a rapidly changing social landscape.

You will bring a strong point of view on creator strategy, social trends, measurement, and the influencer ecosystem, while translating client business priorities into meaningful opportunities for Later. Success in this role requires strong commercial instincts, executive presence, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise organizations with a high degree of independence.

What you'll be doing:

Enterprise Account Strategy & Growth

Own the long-term strategy and growth plan for a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients representing approximately $5M-$15M in annual business.

Develop a clear growth thesis for each account, including expansion opportunities, stakeholder strategy, competitive dynamics, risks, and areas where Later can create additional value.

Drive expansion by identifying whitespace, developing opportunities, and building the executive alignment required to increase Later’s strategic and commercial footprint.

Connect client business priorities to opportunities across influencer marketing, creator strategy, social, commerce, and Later’s broader capabilities.

Maintain a forward-looking view of each partnership, anticipating changes in client priorities, organizational structure, competitive dynamics, and the broader creator and social landscape.

Partner with Sales on commercial strategy, renewals, and expansion while maintaining overall ownership of the client relationship and account direction.

Executive Relationship Leadership

Build trusted relationships with VP, C-suite, and senior decision-makers across complex enterprise organizations.

Develop multi-threaded relationships that extend beyond individual champions and create durable executive sponsorship for Later.

Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, bringing proactive recommendations and a clear point of view on creator strategy, influencer marketing, social trends, measurement, and emerging opportunities.

Help senior marketers understand how creator and influencer programs can support broader brand, performance, commerce, and customer growth objectives.

Lead strategic business reviews, executive strategy sessions, workshops, and other high-value client engagements.

Navigate complex or sensitive client conversations with confidence, judgment, and a solutions-oriented approach.

CEO of the Account

Operate with significant autonomy in determining how Later approaches, supports, and grows each assigned account.

Set the strategic direction for the partnership and mobilize the right internal teams and executive stakeholders to deliver against that vision.

Maintain a holistic understanding of account performance, client sentiment, commercial opportunity, stakeholder dynamics, competitive risk, and delivery health.

Identify risks and opportunities early and drive cross-functional action before they become material client or commercial issues.

Make thoughtful decisions about where Later should invest time, expertise, and resources to maximize the long-term value of the partnership.

Creator & Influencer Strategic Leadership

Bring a strong understanding of the creator and influencer ecosystem and how it is evolving across social, media, commerce, and culture.

Translate market trends, platform shifts, creator behavior, and performance insights into actionable recommendations for clients.

Challenge client thinking when appropriate and help them identify new ways to use creator and influencer marketing to solve business problems.

Partner with Strategy, Services, Data, and Product teams to develop differentiated solutions that reflect client objectives and emerging market opportunities.

Use client feedback and market insight to help shape Later’s services, products, and strategic priorities.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Orchestrate Sales, Strategy, Services, Data, Product, and executive leadership around a unified account strategy and clear client outcomes.

Establish clarity on priorities, responsibilities, risks, and opportunities across the teams supporting each account.

Partner closely with delivery leadership to ensure strategic objectives, client expectations, and commercial commitments remain aligned.

Ensure Later shows up to the client as one integrated strategic partner rather than a collection of individual teams.

Escalate and resolve issues appropriately while maintaining executive-level ownership of the relationship.

What success looks like:

Enterprise clients consistently renew, expand, and deepen their partnership with Later.

Clients view you as a trusted advisor who proactively brings insights—not just solutions.

Executive stakeholders engage you early in strategic planning and decision-making.

Internal teams see you as a clear, prepared, and reliable partner who elevates execution.

Client feedback and insights directly influence product improvements and innovation.

Industry & Market Influence

Stay close to developments across influencer marketing, the creator economy, social platforms, measurement, commerce, and digital marketing.

Bring relevant industry intelligence and competitive insight into client conversations and account strategy.

Represent Later at relevant industry events, executive forums, panels, and strategic networking opportunities.

Help strengthen Later’s position as a trusted voice in creator and influencer marketing.

What you bring:

10+ years of experience in strategic account management, customer success, or enterprise sales, with direct ownership of revenue retention and growth.

Proven experience working with enterprise brands in influencer or social marketing.

Demonstrated success navigating complex enterprise buying cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making environments.
