The Enterprise Marketing Manager, Cardiovascular defines and drives go-to-market strategies and programs that position the Siemens Healthineers cardiovascular portfolio among the nation’s top healthcare organizations and emerging market segments.
Cardiovascular is a major clinical focus within the Siemens Healthineers strategy, underscoring its importance to the broader mission of Elevating Health Globally . The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of the economics and dynamics of the U.S. healthcare market, and particularly of cardiovascular service lines and clinical pathways, to effectively develop and execute marketing campaigns that promote the value of our comprehensive portfolio of products, services and programs to target audiences, including executives, department heads, clinicians and other key decision makers.
Responsibilities include supporting the development and launch of multi-channel, persona-based marketing campaigns and experiences, developing compelling audience- and channel-relevant messaging and materials, and creating sales-enablement assets and tools that generate awareness and demand for our cardiovascular portfolio, as well as monitoring and measuring overall campaign success against defined goals and budgets.
The successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional marketing, communication, writing and organizational skills, especially in developing cohesive, cross-portfolio value propositions, campaigns and experiences that resonate with target audiences. The candidate must be able to navigate through and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization. This senior-level individual contributor reports to the Director of Enterprise Marketing.
Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with U.S. and Global business lines and support functions to develop compelling cross-portfolio, persona-based value propositions and support assets.
Develop and drive downstream, multi-channel marketing campaigns and experiences that increase visibility of and demand for cardiovascular solutions.
Utilize market and account data to accurately position relevant portfolio offerings and solution sets by audience segment.
Support sales by developing audience- and channel-specific content for various stages of the sales cycle.
Develop thought-leadership content based on industry trends and strategic business priorities.
Measure campaign success and optimize message/channel mix against defined goals and budget.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
10 years of relevant B2B marketing experience, particularly in healthcare or life sciences.
Proven success in developing and driving multi-channel, persona-based marketing campaigns and experiences that achieve key performance indicators within defined budgets.
Exceptional writing skills; ability to simplify complex topics and define compelling value propositions.
Proven results in working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
Experience in collaborating globally; managing global projects with international counterparts.
Superior organizational and operational skills; ability to juggle multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment, while adhering to budgets and deadlines.
Strategic thinker with excellent communication and analytical skills.

The base pay range for this position is:
$141,340 - $194,337
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
