Job Summary

Goosehead Insurance is looking for an Inside Sales Represenative to join our team. You don't need a sales background, an existing client list, or any insurance experience to succeed here — just drive and the ability to connect with people. In this role, you'll take pre-qualified leads, quote and close new business, and build lasting relationships with clients — advising them on coverage options and tailoring insurance packages to fit their needs. We'll teach you the business.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

This is a fast-paced, inside sales role working both inbound and outbound calls with a steady stream of pre-qualified leads — no cold prospecting required. You'll manage your leads and client relationships through Salesforce CRM.

A successful candidate has some background in sales, customer service, or client-facing work, and thrives in a goal-driven, competitive environment.

Role Requirements

• •Property & Casualty Insurance License (Preferred), or willingness to obtain one after hire — Goosehead covers the cost
• •Legally authorized to work in the United States

Compensation Summary

This role has a first-year average on-target earnings range of $90,000–$120,000 . You'll earn a base salary plus uncapped commission and bonus potential.
