As a seasoned Security Architect, you will translate security requirements into architectures that safeguard the client's mission and business processes across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. You will oversee the design and implementation of cybersecurity solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and the client's unique needs. Your primary responsibilities will include: • · Design tower-wide reference architectures for Secure by Default, Secure by Design, and continuous monitoring patterns · Lead solution security reviews and the Security Architecture Board engagement for tower deliverables · Define data protection controls across regulated (healthcare), sensitive (finance/HR), and automated solution contexts · Architect on-/offboarding automation flows integrating IBM AccessHub, CSS shared services, and engagement-specific tooling · Specify DLP (endpoint, Box, OneDrive), VDI, and work-location-tracking controls for in-scope engagements · Provide security input to bids, SOWs, and change requests; quantify security cost of delivery · Coordinate with Identity, App Sec, Data Security, and Network Security SMEs for deep technical inputs · Maintain the tower's security control catalog and exception register · 8+ years hands-on security architecture in consulting, managed services, or enterprise IT · Deep expertise in at least two of: IAM/PAM/ITDR, data protection/DLP, cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP), application security · Experience designing for regulated industries and multi-tenant delivery environments · Proven ability to author target-state architectures and gain client and internal governance approval Deep Expertise in Security Domains: Proven experience with various security domains, including network security, application security, data security, identity management, threat management, and security governance, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of their interdependencies and implications for overall security posture. • Experience with Hybrid and Multi-Cloud Environments: Seasoned in designing and implementing cybersecurity solutions across diverse cloud environments, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and the client's unique needs, while addressing the complexities and nuances of hybrid and multi-cloud settings. • Proficiency in Security Governance Frameworks: Skilled in developing and implementing security governance frameworks that align with organizational objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry standards, fostering a culture of security awareness and ensuring compliance. • Mastery of Cybersecurity Solution Design: Adept at translating security requirements into architectures that safeguard the client's mission and business processes, incorporating industry best practices and the client's specific requirements, while ensuring solutions align with the organization's overall infrastructure. • Experience with Regulatory Compliance: Well-versed in monitoring and enforcing compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices, conducting regular security assessments to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. • Cloud Security Architecture: Experience with designing and implementing cybersecurity solutions in hybrid and multi-cloud environments, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and the client's unique needs. • Advanced Threat Management: Deep understanding of threat management principles, including threat detection, incident response, and mitigation strategies. • Security Framework Development: Experience with developing and implementing security governance frameworks that align with organizational objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
