Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Transformation Director

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Transformation Director based in Canada.

• This is a senior commercial and transformation leadership role focused on driving enterprise service management growth across strategic and enterprise accounts.
• You will combine consulting leadership, enterprise sales, offering development, and client value realization to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• The role involves advising senior executives on modernizing service delivery across IT and business functions such as HR, Finance, Legal, Facilities, and Procurement.
• You will shape multi-year transformation roadmaps spanning operating models, governance, processes, platforms, automation, employee experience, and AI-enabled service delivery.
• You will also help build scalable go-to-market strategies, strengthen strategic partnerships, and turn successful client engagements into repeatable offerings.
