• - Lead the development and communication of architectural standards and best practices to ensure consistency across projects.

• - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technology initiatives with business objectives and drive enterprise-wide transformation.

• Professional & Technical Skills:
• - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
• - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• - Strong understanding of cloud-based contact center solutions and their integration within enterprise environments.
• - Ability to design scalable and secure architectures that support business continuity and operational efficiency.
• - Experience in troubleshooting complex system issues and providing effective, sustainable solutions.
• - Familiarity with automation and orchestration tools to optimize technology workflows and processes.

• Additional Information:
• - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Amazon Connect.
• - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
