工作职责：

销售业绩及区域管理

• •带领团队完成公司下达的销售目标，提高公司产品的市场占有率
• •根据辖区的具体情况，策划、组织相关的市场促销活动
• •带领团队执行及跟进市场推广计划，及时准确收集及反馈市场信息
• •拜访医院，与关键客户建立及保持良好关系；通过与KA主管合作，进行大客户的选择和

谈判,签定协议及执行

• •与本区商业人员沟通协调，以确保产品在本区域的正常供应
• •在区域内合理有效地分配资源及控制费用
• •及时准确完成各项报表、报告

产品知识

• •帮助提高团队成员的产品知识在日常工作中的运用能力
• •了解竞争产品的相关知识及动态
• •不断学习并提高相关医学知识水平

职业操守

确保在销售和工作过程中, 严格遵守公司的各项SOP和财务制度，确保团队的行为符合

公司的道德准则和原则

• •保持良好的专业形象,着装符合职业标准，言行举止符合公司要求
• •具有敬业精神,对本职工作积极投入并起表率作用

团队管理和人员发展

• •通过有效的管理、激励、发展及保留人才，建立高绩效团队
• •管理辅导代表，通过有计划的联合拜访，培训提高代表的销售技巧，解决问题能力
• •完成季度绩效评估及业绩分析，及时有针对性的辅导及培训下属，以取得更好的业绩
• •通过绩效管理及人员发展计划，确定培训需求，发展和保留人才，降低员工流失率
• •招聘合适销售人员，建立人才资源储备系统
• •确保离职人员按公司规定完成工作交接
• •加强本部门及跨部门的沟通及合作
• •创造良好的工作氛围，促进团队合作，做到公平、公正、公开。
• •完成上级主管布置的其他临时任务

要求:

基本要求

熟悉相应的产品，有相应的医院的市场经验

大专或以上学历

医学、药学或相关专业

资格证书

工作经验

2年以上相关领域销售管理经验
