Assists clients with business solution definition as well as campaign management and business intelligence tools and/or processes through all or some of the following ways: • Fully understands details of client's data and Acxiom's marketing capabilities, ensuring clients receive accurately segmented, cleansed, formatted and ready-to-market data. • Executes and analyzes decision support processes and data to measure campaign efficiency, data accuracy, data integrity, operations performance, customer satisfaction and cost effectiveness. • Provides data, analysis and recommendations to support multiple technical operations and ensure client satisfaction. • Researches, trouble shoots, administers application administration, conducts application user training, and code changes.

JOB ROLE SUMMARY

Assists clients with business solution definition as well as campaign management and business intelligence tools and/or processes through all or some of the following ways:

• •Fully understands details of client's data and Acxiom's marketing capabilities, ensuring clients receive accurately segmented, cleansed, formatted and ready-to-market data.
• •Executes and analyzes decision support processes and data to measure campaign efficiency, data accuracy, data integrity, operations performance, customer satisfaction and cost effectiveness.
• •Provides data, analysis and recommendations to support multiple technical operations and ensure client satisfaction.
• •Researches, trouble shoots, administers application administration, conducts application user training, and code changes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• •Under formal mentorship.
• •Owns low complexity assignments.
• •Augments team on moderate to high complexity assignments.
• •Receives necessary training (more time then advanced levels).
• •Under continuous evaluation manages time, responsibilities, and priorities effectively with little ability to see whole picture.
• •Initiates training and understanding of less complex solution processes through campaign management and business intelligence tools and/or processes.
• •Processes may include but are not limited to:
• •Executing Campaigns – includes review of campaign specifications, work with client to validate and obtain sign-off, and dynamic campaign execution work.
• •Custom Client Reports – utilizing necessary tools; auditing, monitoring and ensuring SLA compliance, in conjunction with senior team members, not independently; works with others on assigned account to in order to better understand client and Acxiom processes
• •Data Mart build process – utilizing necessary tools; standard/automated DataMart Build processes; auditing, monitoring and ensuring SLA compliance, in conjunction with senior team members, not independently; works with others on assigned account to in order to better understand client and Acxiom processes
• •Acxiom process and product capabilities to ensure client requirements and service levels are achieved
• •Assists with the research process of a technical operation.
• •Begins learning to provide support, communication and training to teams and clients on campaign management tools and / or processes. Liaisons with multi-channel partners, providing question support and new set up for transfer and encryption.
• •Begins learning application administration.
• •Begins learning how to document and conduct performance monitoring and tuning for user applications and environments
• •Develops client relationship through various client communications such as reports and other solution processing activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

Limited knowledge of solution management.

• •Typically requires no previous professional experience.
• •Basic understanding of relational database design.
• •Working Knowledge (Understanding of Syntax) in 1 of the following:
• •SQL / PL –SQL
• •Perl
• •Shell Scripting
• •Campaign Management Tools
• •Business Intelligence Tools
• •ETL Tools
• •UNIX / LINUX
• •General knowledge of information technology practices.
• •Demonstrated ability to communicate with clients and internal stakeholders – answering questions, resolving issues, and conducting research.
• •Ability to demonstrate Attention to detail, important to monitor and audit.
