Requirements
What You'll Do
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and routine maintenance.
- Assist experienced technicians with vehicle diagnostics and repairs.
- Learn how to diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, and braking systems.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and manufacturer technology.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and identify maintenance opportunities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
- Continuously develop your skills through hands-on training and manufacturer certification programs.
What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Desire to learn and advance in the automotive industry.
- Basic mechanical aptitude or automotive experience preferred.
- Automotive technical school training is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Dependable attendance and commitment to excellence.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
