Join Southern California's fastest-growing paving contractor and kickstart your career as a General Laborer with Empire! Based in Orange, CA, we have a reach across the entire SoCal area, and we’re looking for talent like YOU to join our dynamic team.
What You’ll Do
Job site preparation.
In charge of appropriate traffic control at job sites (signs, barricades, caution tape).
Use blowers, brooms, shovels, and a variety of other hand tools to ensure a clean surface before recoating.
Responsible for maintaining a clean, neat, and organized job site
What We’re Looking For
Experience : 1-year experience is preferred but not required.
Physical Ability : Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 90 lbs, climbing on vehicles, and working in various weather conditions.
Education : High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
Dynamic Schedules : Must be able to work overtime/weekends as required.
Safety & Learning : Must be able to meet all safety requirements and have an eagerness to learn.
Listen to Direction : Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Attention to Quality : Ability to produce quality work.

Work Environment
Exposure to outside conditions , mechanical parts , moderate to loud noise , and occasional hazardous materials .
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with some evenings and weekends—expect full-time plus overtime.
