Ihre Aufgaben

  • Entwickelung und Optimierung von elektrischen Testsystemen (Prototyping bis SOP)
  • Implementieren und Integrieren von Software (Python) für das Prüffeld
  • Proaktiver Ausbau der Testszenarien (Messgeräteansteuerung via GPIB, LAN und USB)
  • Installation und Inbetriebnahme von Testarchitekturen in der Produktionsumgebung
  • Protokollieren und Sammeln der Messergebnisse in Datenbanken
  • Analyse und Auswertungen Mess-System-Daten
  • Festlegung von Anforderungen für automatisierte Testsysteme
  • Erstellen von Validierungs-, Testplänen, Lastenheften und Spezifikationen
  • Prozessdokumentation des Prozesses zum Zwecks der Nachvollziehbarkeit

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder Weiterbildung zum Techniker mit Schwerpunkt Elektrotechnik, Nachrichtentechnik, Informatik oder vergleichbar
  • Belastbare Berufserfahrung in Prüf- und Testumgebungen im Automotiven Regulationsumfeld
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Elektronik-Umfeld (Leistungselektronik, Schaltnetzteile, Wechselrichter, Regelungstechnik, EMV, etc.)
  • Gute Programmierkenntnisse (Python)
  • Bereits erste Erfahrungen mit Testsystemen wünschenswert
  • Flexibler, kommunikativer Teamplayer
  • Analytische, methodische Herangehens- und Arbeitsweise
