  • Sie gestalten aktiv die Zukunft innovativer Bauteile. Mit Ihrem Know-how im Bereich Werkstoffe, Leichtbau und Oberflächentechnologien leisten Sie einen entscheidenden Beitrag zur industriellen Umsetzung neuer Materialien und Fertigungsprozesse.
  • Aufgaben, Kompetenzen und Verantwortung
  • Serieneinführung neuer Materialien und Fertigungsprozesse zur Herstellung von Bauteilen mit Fokus auf Leichtbau sowie technische und optische Oberflächen
  • Durchführung von Material- und Prozessqualifikationen zur Charakterisierung relevanter Kennwerte und Sicherstellung industrieller Reproduzierbarkeit
  • Technische Unterstützung der Produktionslinien und internationalen Standorte zur Gewährleistung eines stabilen und reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs
  • Beratung der Konstruktion bei Material- und Prozessauswahl im Rahmen der Produktentwicklung
  • Begleitung und Durchführung von Lieferantenqualifikationen sowie Freigabeaudits in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Supply Chain Management
  • Fachliche Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in: Luft- und Raumfahrt | Verbundwerkstoffe / Composites | Materialwissenschaften | Kunststofftechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Engineering-Umfeld und in Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Oberflächen (Lack, Folie, Stoff)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Leichtbauweisen und Kunststofftechnik
  • Kenntnisse in faserverstärkten Kunststoffen (GFK/CFK), Versuchsplanung und Dokumentation
  • Wissen über Fertigungsprozesse für GFK- und CFK-Bauteile
  • sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • gerne erste praktische Erfahrung mit SAP
  • verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
  • versierte Englischkenntnisse
