## Deine Aufgaben

  • Technische Bewertung von Kundenanforderungen und Sonderlösungen hinsichtlich Machbarkeit, Aufwand und Plattformkompatibilität
  • Entwicklung, Konstruktion und Detaillierung kundenindividueller Komponenten, Baugruppen und Fahrzeuglösungen mit Schwerpunkt Mechanik
  • Koordination der Entwicklungsumfänge mit internen Fachbereichen, Lieferanten und externen Entwicklungspartnern
  • Leitung und Steuerung kleiner interdisziplinärer Projektteams im Umfeld Customisation und Fahrzeugentwicklung
  • Erstellung und Pflege von technischen Zeichnungen, Stücklisten und Entwicklungsdokumentationen unter Berücksichtigung geltender Normen, Richtlinien und interner Standards
  • Fachliche Begleitung von Muster-, Prototypen- und Vorserienfahrzeugen sowie Durchführung und Auswertung von Komponenten-, Baugruppen- und Fahrzeugtests
  • Standardisierung erfolgreicher Sonderlösungen innerhalb bestehender Fahrzeugplattformen sowie Umsetzung von Serienverbesserungen in Entwicklungsprojekten

## Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik, Konstruktionstechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Berufserfahrungen in der Entwicklung, Konstruktion oder Integration komplexer Baugruppen und Systeme im Fahrzeug-, Maschinen- oder Anlagenbau
  • Sicherer Umgang mit 3D-CAD-Systemen, idealerweise CATIA V5
  • Anwenderkenntnisse in Teamcenter, SAP oder vergleichbaren PLM- und ERP-Systemen wünschenswert
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis sowie strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit sowie Erfahrung in der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
