  • Technische Entwicklung von Schutzsystemen für Fahr- und Flugzeuge sowie Schiffe
  • Systemverträgliche Konzeption und Auslegung passiver Schutzsysteme
  • Durchführung von Anforderungsanalysen und projektbegleitendes Anforderungsmanagement
  • Erstellung und Prüfung von (Teil-) Systemspezifikationen sowie von technischen Konzepten für das Schutzsystem in den Phasen der Angebotserstellung sowie Auftragsabwicklung
  • Analyse und Bewertung von Änderungen auf die Systemverträglichkeit
  • Durchführung und Begleitung von Design Reviews sowie ganzheitliches Product-Lifecycle-Management in allen Lebensphasen
  • Koordinierung und Dokumentation von Verifikationsaktivitäten
  • Technische Unterstützung des Projektteams bei Kunden (m/w/d) und Präsentationen
  • Integrative Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachabteilungen und Standorten
  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Hochschulstudium, bspw. der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau oder Werkstoffwissenschaften
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position mit Bezug zu Produkt- und Systementwicklung, Systems Engineering Zertifikat wünschenswert (z.B. SE-ZERT®)
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit komplexen und/oder wechselnden Projektanforderungen
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von (Teil-) Projektteams
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den MS Office Anwendungen sowie PDM und CAD (3D/2D) von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Grundlegende Reisebereitschaft
