Job Description Summary:

Disinfects all bedsides and workstations to prevent disease transmission and assists in the general cleanliness and neatness of the unit.

Job Description:

• Essential Functions:
• •Performs extensive disinfection and sanitization of all surfaces.
• •Stocks Nurse Servers at each bed side or patient room.
• •Ensures overall environment is safe and clear of debris and clutter.
• •Transports non-controlled medications from Pharmacy to designated licensed healthcare practitioners or from tube system to secured medication storage room.
• •Assists in transporting equipment and other items.

Education Requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent, required.

Licensure Requirement: (not specified)

Certifications: CPR, preferred.

• Skills: Strong organizational skills.
• Demonstartes ability to work independently.
