Are you experienced in mortgage lending, loan processing, or home finance administration and looking for your next career move?

At RAC Finance , we're exploring future growth opportunities within our Mortgage Broking team and would love to connect with talented professionals who may be interested in a Mortgage Broker Support Specialist role when opportunities become available. This role supports our Mortgage Brokers by managing lending administration, coordinating documentation, supporting loan applications through to settlement, and delivering an exceptional member experience.

We're keen to hear from people who bring:

Experience in mortgage broking, lending, banking, or home finance administration

Strong customer service and relationship management skills

Excellent attention to detail and organisational capability

Knowledge of loan processing, compliance requirements, and lender platforms

A passion for helping customers achieve their home ownership goals
